Workplace counseling

that solves the mental health dilemma for Human Resources staff.

  • Almost 20% of Americans suffer from some sort of mental illness
  • Mental health disorders cost companies directly and indirectly
  • Companies must invest in their employees’ total health and navigate the line between safety and privacy

We exist to introduce people to their greatest potential by making mental health care more accessible in the workplace. We deliver custom-suited onsite, professional counseling, personal growth seminars, and management training for companies and small businesses.

Integrated counseling and mental health services For your company’s culture.

1. Custom-suited, professional counseling that establishes short-term (6-8 sessions), solution-focused counseling for individual employees. We focus on increasing self- awareness, developing better habits toward adversity, understanding behavioral and emotional consequences and how to leverage one’s strengths at home and at work.

2. Personal growth seminars for whole teams to reduce the stigma associated with so many beneficial mental health practices. We work to develop growing mindsets, emotional intelligence and mental health awareness.

3. Management training for Executives, Directors and Managers to recognize, respond and accommodate mental health needs of their team members.

How it Works

Workplace Counseling

Confidential

Employees are less embarrassed to use counseling if they can keep it private form their peers. Names are kept private so that people can feel the highest levels of safety and security when divulging their emotional stress. Our confidentiality practices conform to the Texas Health and Safety Code which is generated and regulated by the Texas Department of State Health Services

During Work Hours

Getting counseling during working hours incentivizes employees to participate. It’s easier to set aside time during an extended lunch break than to leave early from work. It is also far less invasive on family time and a hectic after-hours life which may be the source of the problem.

Company Paid

Let’s face it, individual mental health care can be expensive. Offering mental health care options to your employees will not only make them feel more appreciated by the company but it will also help their bottom line which we can all relate to.

Training

“Set the Tone”

People don’t line the hallways to jump into therapy even if it is paid for by the company. While eliminating these barriers is crucial to the process, the real lynch-pin is in a vision- casting team session. An Inspire One Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will lead an introductory session to debunk myths and inspire participation in counseling. This step is a crucial component to the process and creates an environment where employees who need help venture to attain it on their own.

 “See the Problem”

Manager and Executive Training is designed to equip leaders to identify and address mental health symptoms early. Having a “heads up” manager can prevent the ignoring of tell-tale signs for mental illness as well as supply a legally acceptable way to question the employee for more information.

Services

Inspire One is an on-site mental health service that provides confidential assessments, short- term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related mental health problems.

We provide real time 24/7 access to professional consultation for critical incident responses and crisis management.

Counseling services include:

Individual, group, couples, marriage, family, chemical dependency, rehabilitation, career development, sexual issues, play therapy, diagnostic assessment and other related services as needed.

Unlike an EAP, we ensure “continuity of care” which means the same counselor is seeing the same employees for the duration.
